Here’s how delivery works at Farmaish - simple, transparent, and no khwari.


Where We Deliver

We currently deliver all across Pakistan.

Karachi deliveries are handled by our in-house team.
Orders outside Karachi are shipped via trusted courier partners.

If an area has limited service or might take longer, we’ll tell you upfront. No surprises.

How Long It Takes

Karachi:
Delivery usually takes 24–48 hours (1–2 working days).

Outside Karachi:
Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on your city and courier coverage.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed the same day.
Orders after that roll over to the next working day.

Delivery Charges

Nationwide

  • Flat delivery fee of Rs. 300
  • Free delivery on orders above Rs. 7,000

We keep things simple, the final delivery cost will always be clearly shown at checkout.

Open Parcel (Karachi ONLY) = Peace of Mind

We believe you shouldn’t have to “hope for the best.”

When your order arrives, you’re encouraged to open the parcel before accepting it.

If something’s wrong — missing item, damage, or incorrect product, you can hand it back to the rider immediately.
No long forms. No awkward follow-ups. We’ll take care of it.

Tracking & Updates

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll get updates via WhatsApp or email.

If you ever want a quick update, just message or call us and you will talk to a real person, not a bot.

A Few Practical Things

  • Please make sure someone is available to receive the order

  • If delivery fails, we’ll coordinate a re-attempt
