Returns & Refunds (No Drama, We Promise)

Sometimes things don’t work out - wrong item, damage in transit, or something that’s just not what you expected.

When that happens, our job is simple: fix it, quickly and fairly.

Here’s how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Farmaish.


When You Can Return or Exchange

We’ll happily help if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • Something is missing from your order

  • The product doesn’t match what was shown or described

  • An electronic item is faulty

Just let us know within 7 days of delivery.

The item should be:

  • Unused (apart from the reported issue)

  • In its original packaging

  • With all tags, accessories, and inserts intact

If you’re unsure whether your case qualifies, just ask anyway


How the Return Process Works

  1. Message us on WhatsApp or email

  2. We’ll confirm the issue and approve the return

  3. We’ll arrange a pickup from your address

  4. Once received, we’ll check the item and move things forward

Pickup usually happens within 3–5 working days.


Verification (Quick & Fair)

Once we receive the product, our team takes 1–3 working days to verify the issue.

This step just helps us make sure everything lines up, it’s not meant to slow things down.

As soon as it’s approved, we proceed immediately.


Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

  • Processed within 3–5 working days after approval

  • Sent back to your original payment method

  • Bank or wallet timelines may vary (that part is sadly out of our hands)

Exchanges

  • Replacement items are shipped as soon as verification is complete

  • We’ll keep you updated along the way


How Long the Whole Thing Takes

From start to finish, the process usually takes 7–15 working days.

We aim to resolve things sooner whenever possible, and we will keep you informed instead of leaving you guessing.


A Few Important (But Honest) Notes

  • Non-returnable items:
    Some products can’t be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons (like personal care items, perishables, or custom products).
    If that’s the case, it’ll be clearly mentioned on the product page.

  • Condition matters:
    Please don’t use the product beyond checking the issue. Excessive use or damage beyond the reported problem may affect eligibility.
